About the Victoria
Welcome to The Victoria. We are home to some of the best stores you will find in Southend. There are over forty stores and cafés - and more arriving through 2010 thanks to a £24 million refurbishment that has transformed The Victoria into a stunning contemporary shopping experience.
Public Toilets & Baby Changing Facilities
The Victoria provides free clean, spacious public toilets. We also have separate baby changing rooms and a feeding room for mothers and babies with comfortable chairs and subdued lighting. All these facilities are located on the first floor adjacent to the Management Suite. You will find the location clearly signed within the mall.
Disabled Access
The Victoria provides disabled access throughout the mall. Our main entrances are on street level and lifts are located throughout the centre connecting all shopping levels. Designated disabled parking bays are available in our car park. Bays on Level 3 are adjacent to Shopmobility for convenience to our disabled visitors.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility at The Victoria is located on Level 3 of the car park. Shopmobility provides equipment hire, sales and services to our customers. Access to the centre is via the lift bank immediately opposite the Shopmobility office. Shopmobility is open 7 days a week. Contact: 07592581672
Safe and Secure
CCTV operates throughout The Victoria and our car park. We also have 24 hour foot patrol teams in operation to ensure your visit is welcoming and enjoyable.
Cash Machines
An ATM is located on the ground floor at HSBC.
Lost Property
Lost Property is located in the Management Suite, situated on the first floor. Please report any lost or found items to us at the Management Suite or contact a member of the Customer Service Team on 01702 460931.

The Victoria attracts more than 125,000 visitors every week – and unlike many malls in the UK our footfall is growing all the time thanks to our exciting range of retail and our spectacular transformation. There is an extensive range of opportunities available to traders from stores of varying dimensions to the hire of retail merchandise units.
Parking
The Victoria provides 670 Pay on Foot parking bays. Access to the car park is via Chichester Road. The car park is open 5am – 10pm, the last entry is 7.30pm.
Monday to Saturday car park tariffs
are as follows:
Up to 1 hour: 80p
Up to 2 hours: £1.20
Up to 3 hours: £2.00
Up to 4 hours: £3.00
Up to 5 hours: £4.50
Up to 6 hours: £6.00
Over 6 hours: £10.00
Car Parking is free every Sunday,
Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
